There is alot of chatter regarding a possible Google update going on currently. This seems to be more then the normal every day fluxing going on in the serps. There are talks about this ongoing at Digital point and Webmaster World forums to name a few. As of yesterday we did notice a fair amount of abnormal bouncing going on in the serps in multiple key words that we follow. This morning the flux seems to have settlled and currently as of this post matches the results found on the Google caffeine test data Center. We will continue to monitor this. The updates we noticed were not major however more fluxuations then usual. A couple of thoughts on this.

1. This could be the rollout of the caffeine test data center? While watching this over time the serps seem to have been very close between the 2 data center ( live and caffeine) now they seem to match.

2. This could be a pre major update? This is totally up in the air, there is not enough data to show either way on this one.
